Angela Valles is the director of finance for the Victor Valley Wastewater Reclamation Authority (VVWRA). As the director of finance, she spearheads the organizational development activities of the VVWRA, implementing training programs and change management initiatives in order to keep the organization in line with its goals. Before joining the VVWRA, Angela Valles served as the facility director of the Victor Valley Medium Community Correctional Facility, where she was responsible for the hiring, firing, training, promotion, discipline, and evaluation of the staff of the correctional facility. She was also in charge of administrative functions such as budgets and policies.
Angela Valles graduated from Azusa Pacific University with her bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership before earning her master’s in organization development at the George L. Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University. She is the former president of the Board of Trustees for Victor Valley College and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
